Damages and Shortages
Products damaged during shipping or GamerLabs may contact the courier company for visual inspection of the products and box. GamerLabs will then either issue a credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing products. Freight will only be credited where the product has arrived damaged.

Product Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us by phoning +64 9 309 0990 or emailing within 14 Days of the date of your invoice. You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All items must be un-opened unless they are faulty. Your refund is not guaranteed until we receive the product and deem it to be in saleable condition.

Please make sure you provide your order number with your return and that your products are wrapped well so that they arrive to us in a re-saleable condition. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an update to let you know. Your return will generally be processed within 10 working days from receipt of product. We will refund you the cost of the product by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty.
